Trenette Al Pesto From Luca
This traditional Italian Pasta is so simple & delicious. You just need a few ingredients to make it.
Ingredients
- 1 Box Linguine Noodles or pasta of your choice
- 1/4-1/2 cup Pesto Sauce can be store bought or homemade
- 1-2 Gold Potatoes Peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Green Beans Cleaned and cut in half
- Parmasean Cheese
- Fresh Basil few leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Bring pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and potatoes and cook for 12 minutes.
- Add Green beans to the pot the last 5 minutes.
- Strain everything and return to pot with the heat off.
- Add Pesto sauce and coat pasta evenly is sauce.
- Garnish with Fresh basil and Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
