These honey Sriracha wings are sweet, spicy, and crispy! For this recipe I am featuring some delicious spices and sauces from Fly By Jing! Their Mala Spice mix and a Sichuan Chili Crisp Sauce. Honey Sriracha Wings
These honey Sriracha wings are sweet, spicy, and crispy!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 10-12 Fresh Party Wings
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 Tbs Sriracha
- 1 Tbs Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Fly By Jing Mala Spice mix
For Serving
- Green Onions Sliced
- Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F
- Toss wings in Mala seasoning and cornstarch. Make sure they are all coated.
- Place wings in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Flip wings and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Meanwhile Make the Sauce
- In a bowl mix honey, Sriracha, sesame seeds, Sesame oil, and Soy Sauce.
- After wings are finished cooking remove from air fryer and place them into a large bowl. Coat with Honey Sriracha Sauce.
- Top with green onions and chili crisp sauce and enjoy.

(If you don’t have Fly By Jing Mala mix, I recommend using garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika powder.)
(If you don’t have Fly by Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp, I recommend using any hot chili oil or paste.)
